Natural Is The Way To Go


When we talk about our health, everything we put in our bodies, smell or eat affects the balance of our health. Today, we have many products on the market that have chemical and synthetic additives, pesticides, and food enhancers that are not safe for our health. But added to this, it not only affects our body; It also affects our environment. Fortunately, today we have more natural alternatives, from organic and GMO-free food products to other personal products that we can use that are vegan and that take care of our environment and the ecosystem of our planet.

But it can be more exciting if you like to be creative and you like to create your own things as I do! Just be careful what you put in and on your body and make sure the ingredients you use won't affect your health. :)


Deep Hair Conditioner


Ingredients:

3 tablespoons coconut oil

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 drops doTERRA essential oils

A few great essential oils for your hair include: Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary, Geranium, and Clary Sage. You can use one or all five of the essential oils in your deep conditioner.


Instructions:

  1. Put coconut oil, olive oil, and essential oils in a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix on medium/high speed for five minutes or until ingredients are whipped to a thick and creamy consistency.

  3. Once whipped, apply to clean, dry hair.

  4. Comb through with a wide tooth comb to evenly distribute.

  5. Let sit 15–20 minutes. Rinse, shampoo and style as desired.

  6. Repeat once a week or as often as desired.


Yoga Mat Spray


Ingredients:

¾ cup distilled water.

¼ cup alcohol-free witch hazel or white vinegar

5 drops of Lavender oil

Glass spray bottle


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass spray bottle.

  2. Shake until combined.

  3. To use, spray on the mat and wipe dry with a towel.
